Stationary chippers and biomass processors

JENZ also delivers stationary versions of mobile chippers and mobile biomass processor, these being driven by powerful electric engines. 

The biomass processors are deployed in plants where all types of biological waste are composted, anaerobically digested and gasified.

Stationary chippers are manufactured in different sizes, according to requirements. They are used for the classical processing of wood waste for recycling purposes, but are also being increasingly used in plants for the first stage in the production of wooden pellets.

JENZ delivers and installs these machines as complete systems with appropriate feed and outfeed devices. The rise in demand for these machines has led to a increased number of variants. For this reason, we have decided to produce a separate brochure that deals exclusively with this important range of products. (In run 2012 available) The support structures illustrated here give an indication of what is possible with our technology in this area of application.
