
Service helps when JENZ has an occasional problem
The purchase of a JENZ machine is giving more and more companies and local authorities the facility for professionally processing biomasses. JENZ GmbH offers extremely wide-ranging service facilities at fair prices so that your machine retains all its functions and its value as long as possible. After all, reliability and unrestricted use is a central requirement of every customer irrespective of the individual demands on the machine.
A 12-month guarantee for all new machines insures customers against unforeseen repairs and their resulting costs. If required, the extensive works guarantee can be extended to 24 months. A requirement for this is a maintenance contract. Further advantages of the individually drawn-up service agreement: the use of high-quality JENZ original spare parts, fitting by trained JENZ technicians and observance of the specified maintenance intervals guarantee optimum service and repair quality. In addition, such maintenance contracts make costs calculable for each machine. More and more customers are deciding to make use of this type of customer service. Even if the worst comes to the worst, customers can still rely on JENZ GmbH service. First of all, the telephone hotline is available to customers for any problems (see page 50). If the defect cannot be localised and subsequently remedied during discussions with a technician, our in-house trained service technicians can take a close look at theproblem if required. Six service depots in Germany, Switzerland and Austria have the most important spare and wear parts available for rapid repairs. This combination of telephone advice and technical support on site results in high success levels - 95 percent of all breakdowns can be remedied within less than 24 hours. This means that expensive downtime and unnecessary costs are reduced to a minimum.
In addition to maintenance and repairs, JENZ GmbH service technicians also deal with technical instruction on machine handover. This enables safe and optimum usage of all functions on the new JENZ machine.
