Application area:

■ Due to its efficiency, its use replaces the need for investment with regards to the thermal and material processing of wood for stationary machines.

■ Intended to be used for the chipping of whole trees up to1,000 mm in diameter, as well as for piles of wooden slabs from sawmills and accumulations
of light wood.

■ Time-consuming re-positioning of the machine can be minimised by using
the optional swivelling outfeed conveyor, which enables a high degree of efficiency to be achieved.

Special features:

■ The screen basket is made up of individual segments which can be removed from one side of the machine.

■ Raising the upper intake roller frees the cutting drum (which weighs around 5.5 t) in a matter of seconds, so that maintenance work can be carried out.

■ The service life of the blades are extended considerably, on account of the fact that foreign material can be filtered out via a gap between the steel-link conveyor and the first lower intake roller.
